5. Tour a Maple Bear School

To better understand what sets Maple Bear apart from other preschools, we invite you to schedule a tour of a Maple Bear School and experience “A Day in the Life of a Maple Bear Owner”.  This provides the opportunity to learn more about the proprietary curriculum, considerable operational system, unique infant-centered early learning program, and flexible bilingual immersion learning program. 

6. Attend a Discovery Day to Meet the Executive Team

The next step is a Discovery Day experience that consists of a series of virtual meetings with key members of the Maple Bear USA executive team. This in-depth meeting allows you to break down the numbers, talk about growth strategies and discuss practical steps to opening the doors of your very own Maple Bear school!

7. Franchise Disclosure Document and Signing of Franchise Agreement

If the Day in the Life and Discovery Day meetings are mutually favorable, then the Franchise Disclosure Document (including the Franchise Agreement) will be shared. We’d be glad to offer an explanation meeting and you will be advised to review it thoroughly with your legal counsel for a period no less than 14 days before making the decision to sign the Franchise Agreement and pay the upfront franchise fees.  

8. Thrive with Comprehensive Training & Support

Maple Bear USA’s hands-on comprehensive support system will walk you through each step to opening your school and include: site selection, financing, initial owner training, initial personnel training, pre-opening support, operational and marketing support, etc. to ensure you are ready for the school opening.

After the school is open, the Maple Bear USA team will continue to provide ongoing training and support. In addition to the annual ongoing training, a virtual academic director will be assigned to each school for regular academic training.
